Aerial is new for most students. Come prepared, physically and mentally. It is completely normal for students new to aerial yoga to experience excitement, nervousness, lightheadedness, and a long lasting craving for more yoga. To minimize unpleasant feelings, skip meals (especially caffeine) 2-3 hours before class. And because we get asked a lot, our slings are weight tested up to 400 lbs from the manufacturer.
